The teams that finished last in Division 1 (The Seenagers) and top in Division 2 (DNR) of the VIPA Men's Team League played off on Monday, September 17th for the right to compete in Division 1 next year. The result was a resounding win for The Seenagers (9-0) and perhaps a reflection of the divide between the two divisions.
