Langley played host to the last BC Senior Games ever - they’ve been rebranded as the 55+ BC Games. Langley's Games were the biggest so far since they started 27 years ago, attracting an estimated 4,000 athletes, 227 of which were pickleball players. Next up they will be held in North Vancouver from August 21st to August 25th, 2015.
There is an opening for someone willing to take on the role as coordinator for South Vancouver Island - Zone 1.
The job includes promoting the Games, handling applications, attending monthly zone meetings (usually one hour in length).... there is an expense sheet to cover some expenses.
