The USAPA have issued a press release which reads in part:
"The Jugs Bulldog ball has been retested using currently allowable conditioning standards. With proper conditioning, this ball passed the bounce height test and is now approved for sanctioned play until December 31, 2017. Conditioning is the practice of compressing the ball using a predefined method so that the ball will meet the bounce specification in IFP Rule 2.D.4. See manufacturer for specific conditioning instructions.
The USAPA is working with the manufacturers to eliminate conditioning beyond 2017. Companies manufacturing balls that require conditioning have agreed to pre-condition these balls this year when used in sanctioned tournaments."
